Is it Gluten free?

It may contain traces of gluten due to cross contact with gluten containing grains at the production area.

What is the difference between Sattu Flour and Besan?

Besan (Gram flour), is the flour of brown chickpeas or chana dal , or sometimes a mix of split chickpeas and split peas, these peas or chana used to make gram flour are usually raw. Sattu is made of Desi Bengal gram flour/ Chana dal and they are sand roasted before being stone ground.

Product review

Sattu powder is little on the coarse side. It can be grinded finer as when we have this with milk we can see black particles of chana chilka floating. This is my opinion.
