These Websites are owned and operated by TBIF Middle East Food Trading LLC (Two Brothers India Farms), having its registered office at 304-3, Smark9, Zabeel Business Centre, Al Karama, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. General Shipping Terms
1.1 Shipping and delivery services are provided across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and the wider MENA region, subject to serviceability by our authorized courier and logistics partners.
1.2 Free shipping shall apply only when expressly specified as part of a promotional campaign, discount offer, or special scheme announced on our Websites.
1.3 All shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
2. Customer Obligations
2.1 You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including: building/flat number, street/area, landmark, city, emirate, postal code, country, email address, and active contact number.
2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the address and contact details provided. Any delay, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incomplete or incorrect details shall be borne by you.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
3.1 If the ordered items are available in stock, we will process, pack, and dispatch the order within two (2) working days from the date of order confirmation.
3.2 If certain items are unavailable at the time of order, we will procure them and dispatch the complete order within fifteen (15) working days of order placement. Customers will be notified in case of such delays.
3.3 All dispatches shall be subject to stock availability, internal verification, and payment clearance.
4. Delivery Timelines
4.1 Deliveries shall be made between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (local time). Public holidays and Sundays are considered non-working days.
4.2 Standard delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures (where applicable), and courier partner availability.
4.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Logistics partner delays,
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures,
- Strikes, natural calamities, or extreme weather conditions,
- Any other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking & Notifications
5.1 Upon dispatch, customers will be provided with an order tracking number and courier partner details via email.
5.2 Customers may track their shipments through the courier partner’s portal or contact our support team for updates.
6. Risk & Ownership
6.1 All products shall remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
6.2 Risk of loss and damage shall transfer to you upon delivery of the goods at the address provided.

8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
