TERMS OF SERVICE

This Terms of Service (“Agreement” or “Terms”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) and TBIF Middle East Food Trading LLC (Two Brothers India Farms), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its registered office at 304-3, Smark9, Zabeel Business Centre, Al Karama, Dubai, UAE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the websites https://twobrothersindiashop.ae, https://twobrothersindiashop.me, https://twobrothersfood.ae, https://twobrothersfood.me (collectively, the “Website”) and any purchase of products or services offered therein (the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other related policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

13.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13.3 Users acknowledge that UAE courts shall have primary jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection or cross-border trade laws.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements.

15. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
