Frequently asked
Is The Collective free to join?
Yes. There is no membership fee, subscription, or minimum spend to join. Creating an account automatically enrolls you at the Seedlings tier, and you start earning points from your very next order.
How many points do I earn per order?
It depends on your tier from 2 points per AED 1 at Seedlings up to 6 points per AED 1 at Harvest Club. Points are calculated automatically at checkout and reflect in your account once the order ships.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your total spend over a rolling 12 months there's nothing to apply for. As your spend crosses each tier's threshold, you're moved up automatically and your new rate and perks apply right away.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be applied at checkout once you cross your tier's minimum redemption threshold (250–750 points, depending on tier). Every 50 points is worth AED 1, at every tier tiers change how fast you earn and what perks you unlock, not what a point is worth.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last order or redemption and any qualifying activity resets that 12-month clock on your full balance. We'll always email you 30 and 7 days before anything is due to lapse.
What happens if I stop ordering for a while?
Nothing changes for the first 75 days. Between 76–120 days we'll check in with a win-back offer. After 121 days without an order, your tier steps down by one level only never all the way to Seedlings and any new order re-tiers you instantly based on your trailing 12-month spend. Points you've already earned are never taken away.
Can I use my points on sale items?
Points can be earned and redeemed on regular-priced orders. Full terms for sale periods and exclusive drops will be listed at checkout.
