Role Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO and leadership team, driving key strategic and operational initiatives. The candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across different business functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Initiatives & Execution:
• Work with the COO to drive cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
• Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and identify business opportunities.
2. Business Operations & Process Improvement:
• Support operational efficiency initiatives across supply chain, production, e-commerce, and retail.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Develop and track KPIs for business performance, ensuring leadership has access to real-time insights.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning efforts.
4. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Engage with external partners, vendors, and investors as required.
5. Special Projects & New Initiatives:
• Drive special projects related to technology implementation, sustainability, and business expansion.
• Work on policy frameworks such as ESOPs, employee benefits, and organizational development.
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in agriculture, FMCG, e-commerce, or D2C businesses is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
